This feature uses artificial intelligence to assist users in creating and editing emails depending on the context. Among the new languages are Italian, French, and German. These languages will be added to the web version of the email service as well as Android and iOS.
“Help Me Write” can generate drafts based on user prompts, rewrite messages in a formal tone, add details, or shorten the email text. The feature also utilizes the context of previous emails to suggest more relevant responses, saving time when replying to lengthy threads or communicating with clients. “Google is adding new languages, aiming to make this feature more beneficial for users worldwide,” insiders note.
Access to the feature will be available to Google Workspace users of various tiers, as well as subscribers to Google One AI Premium. To activate the feature, users need to enable smart capabilities and adjust settings through the admin console.
