This information comes from insider PandaFlashPro. Currently, Ultra models are equipped with a 5000 mAh battery, and over several generations, this solution has become outdated — especially given the increasing energy demands.
However, the stylus should not disappear from the set: Samsung is considering options for external attachment to the body — similar to the Apple Pencil for the iPad Pro, which is fixed with magnets on the side. This approach would allow the accessory to be retained without occupying internal space.
Another option is reducing the number of cameras: the S26 Ultra may feature a variable aperture, which would reduce the need for additional sensors.
Additionally, transitioning to silicon-carbon anode batteries is being discussed — they take up less space and could increase capacity to 7000 mAh. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is rumored to be unveiled in early 2026.
