The press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation reported that specialists of the Penza State University (PSU) created a program that analyzes human health, taking into account environmental factors of its place of residence. The development has already received a state certificate of registration.
The new system, the named “Health+System” allows doctors to assess the patient’s condition not only by traditional medical indicators, but also, taking into account the environment. Chemical, physical and biological factors, such as noise level, electromagnetic radiation, air, water and soil, are taken into account. The program also takes into account the psycho -emotional state of a person.
To work with the system, the doctor enters the patient’s main data: place of residence, age, gender, SNILS. Then the program automatically complements the information with the results of tests and profiles, which a person fills in advance. They indicate chronic diseases, heredity, lifestyle, stress and other parameters.
Environmental data is loaded from the sites of state monitoring services. In addition, the system analyzes the socio-economic indicators of the region, including income, employment and accessibility of medical care. Based on all these data, a color histogram is formed, which clearly shows the patient’s health.
