OnePlus and Oppo prepare a joint mini-planet with a top-end Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, the Digital Chat Station Chinese insider reports.
It is expected that the novelty will receive an 8.8-inch screen and will become a compact alternative to large flagship tablets. The device will be based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor, which Qualcomm will present in September 2025.
The tablet itself, according to rumors, will be released in the first half of 2026 along with the OnePlus 15t smartphone. The insider also notes that Oppo will release a similar version of the device under its brand.
This is not surprising, given that the companies have repeatedly produced almost identical tablets with different logos. There are no specific characteristics of the device yet, but it is known that both versions will be positioned as flagship solutions in a compact form factor.
