Anker refused to produce 3D printer, leaving people without spare parts

28.07.2025

Anker decided to leave the market of 3D printers. Her line of printers Ankermake M5 and M5C is no longer sold, and spare parts for them are already beginning to disappear.

Earlier in March, Anker announced the creation of a separate EUFYMAKE brand for 3D printers, promising support to owners. But a few months later, the printers never appeared on sale, and the company focused only on selling consumables and one texture device.

The main problem for the owners is a deficiency of important details, especially the head, which melts plastic when printing. For the M5C model, it can no longer be found on the official website due to a lack of warehouse. Without replacing this part, the printer will stop working.

Anker offers to contact the support service to search for spare parts, but this does not solve the problem in the long run. Good news-a 3D printing community actively helps. For example, an adapter has already been created that allows you to use the head from another Bambu printer.
