Huawei added new dials created according to the author’s sketches of the Russian watchmaker Konstantin Chaikin to the Watch 5 smart hours. This is the first time that an independent master from the world of traditional clock art collaborates with the manufacturer of modern electronic devices.
The dials presented in the Huawei Health application are based on the real mechanical watches of Tchaikin. Among them is the “Joker Classic”, where the time indicators form the eyes, and the phase of the moon turns into a smile; “Kolobok 2” with a recognizable fairy -tale hero; and Panda, combining the features of Eastern and Western style.
The project combined elements of traditional clock design with digital technologies. Tchaikin was already working with virtual art – in 2021 he released NFT, based on the image of his Joker watch. A new step in the form of smart-cynticians was a continuation of this experiment, expanding the boundaries of perception of classic watches in a digital environment.
All presented designs are available for downloading Huawei Watch 5 watches without restrictions. New models of the device are delivered in houses of 42 and 46 mm made of stainless steel, ceramics and titanium. Fitting strap options include fluorelastomer and metal bracelets, allowing you to choose the style to their taste.
