AMD without unnecessary noise introduced the new Radeon RX 9060 video card, focused on gamers playing FullHD.
However, it will not work separately to purchase it – the card will be available only as part of ready -made PCs from selected collectors.
RX 9060 is built on the architecture of the RDNA 4 and is equipped with 28 computing blocks, which is less than that of the RX 9060 XT model (32 of the unit). It is expected that its performance will be about 22.4 teraflops, that is, about 12.5% less than that of the XT version.
The volume of video memory is 8 GB GDDR6, the exact frequency is not disclosed. APSCRIL 4 technology is also supported.
Although the RX 9060 could be an attractive solution for inexpensive PC, AMD decided to limit its distribution only pre -installed systems. Considering that RX 9060 XT can be found for $ 250–300, a more affordable model could interest budget collectors, but so far even the recommended price of the RX 9060 has not been disclosed.
AMD will also release the new Adrenalin 25.8.1 driver with support for several games, including Battlefield 6 beta version and expanded FSR 4.
