The resident of the Yakut IT park company Sakhavizion has developed a system based on artificial intelligence to help municipal employees. The program is already undergoing testing in several regions of Russia.
AISSistent is able to analyze regulatory documents, check the draft decisions for compliance with the legislation, as well as prepare standard documents: contracts, certificates and protocols. The system takes into account the latest changes in the laws and helps to promptly make amendments to the charters of municipalities.
Now the program is tested in the administrations of Yakutsk, Mirny and Midnecolsk, as well as in other regions – Buryatia, the Primorsky Territory, the Amur, Novgorod and Pskov regions. The developers entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Innovation of Yakutia, which will accelerate the implementation of technology.
The system was created to support municipal employees in the conditions of local government reform. It is designed to reduce the time for routine work with documents and reduce the risk of errors in the preparation of legal acts.
