The company “RT-Inform”, which is part of the State Corporation Rostec, creates a comprehensive IT ecosystem for personnel management. The decision covers all the stages of work with employees – from hiring to the calculation of salaries.

The new automated personnel management system (ASS) already includes basic functionality. It simplifies work with the organizational structure, staffing, taking into account working hours and personnel office work. 51 reference books, 130 standard forms of documents and more than 150 reports are available in the system.

The platform is integrated with other corporate Rostec systems, including the management of finance, procurement and industrial safety. According to developers, automation allows you to reduce the time for routine operations by 80% and reduce costs by 30%.

The experience of introducing such decisions at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex has already shown positive results. There is an increase in the accuracy of reporting, reducing the terms of approval of documents and improving the interaction between departments.

In the future, they plan to supplement the system with the functions of the selection, assessment and development of personnel. Modules are also developed to manage business trips. By 2030, the platform will be introduced in all Rostec organizations.
