Member of the Federation Council Artyom Shekin made the initiative to create a digital platform for the interaction of science, business and government. According to the senator, such a tool will help to overcome the gap between scientific developments and their practical application.
The platform will unite state bodies that form research requests, scientific organizations proposing solutions, and enterprises interested in innovation. This will accelerate the implementation of development in production and creation of educational programs for the real needs of the economy.
Sheikin noted that today many scientific achievements remain unclaimed, while the business has difficulties with the search for the right specialists and technologies. “One window” is designed to make communications between participants more transparent and more effective.
Sheikin emphasized that the platform will also help evaluate the effectiveness of scientific projects and rationally distribute resources. The initiative is especially relevant in the context of strengthening technological competition between countries.
