Moscow passengers received a new way to check the balance of the Troika transport card. Now you can find out the rest of the funds and information about tickets through the chatbot Alexander.
To do this, just ask the virtual assistant about the status of the card and indicate the phone number to which it is tied. After confirming through the code from the SMS, the bot will show the “wallet” balance, the current tickets and the planned replenishment.
As Maxim Liksutov, deputy mayor of Moscow for transport, explained, the function is available in social networks, instant messengers, on the site and in the subway application. An important condition – the card should be in advance in the personal account of the Metro Moscow application.
The new service continues the course for digitalizing transport services. According to Liksutov, this simplifies the life of passengers by saving their time. Earlier, Alexander Chat Bot has already helped Muscovites with other issues about the work of public transport.
