The Federal Chamber of Lawyers chose Russian development after evaluating market offers. The key criteria were the ability to work with large information arrays and compliance with safety requirements. Platform V Pangolin DB, based on PostgreSQL, includes more than 80 improvements to increase productivity and data protection.
An important factor in the choice was the presence of the Certificate of the FSTEK of Russia. This allows KIS A to integrate with state information systems, including the bases of courts and law enforcement agencies.
The transition to a new platform was unnoticed by users. The system has retained full functionality during and after migration.
