From August 1, the housing and communal services center has been earned in the Moscow Region, which tracks the state of communal systems around the clock. According to Governor Andrei Vorobyov, the new system allows you to quickly respond to an accident thanks to a network of 2.4 thousand sensors on boiler rooms and 1.3 thousand at heat points.
Sensors transmit data on the work of utilities in real time. In case of malfunctions, the information immediately enters the monitoring center, and then to emergency services and chat bots for notifying residents. Management companies are now obliged to report problems within 15 minutes after their discovery, writes 360.ru.
19 specialists work in the center: dispatchers, analysts and representatives of resource -supplying organizations. They monitor not only the accidents, but also the snow cleaning, the condition of the basements and other aspects of the housing and communal services. In the future, they plan to improve the system using artificial intelligence, which can predict the deadlines for malfunctions.
According to Vorobyov, in the region the modernization of communal infrastructure continues: they replace pipes, install new boiler rooms and automatic control systems. This should reduce the number of accidents and make the work of housing and communal services more transparent to residents.
