Microsoft and ASUS announced the portable consoles ROG Xbox Ally and Rog Xbox Ally X. The devices will go on sale on October 16 in the USA and some other countries. Official information from Xbox appeared about this.
According to the company’s website, the consoles will be available on the eve of the release of The Outer Worlds 2, Ninja Gaiden 4 and Keeper. Microsoft has not yet announced the prices for devices, explaining this by the need to evaluate macroeconomic factors.
The company introduced the Advanced Shader Delivery function to save battery and time at the first launch of the game. For ROG Xbox ALLY X, a number of AI function are announced, in particular, the automatic creation of the best moments and the Automatic Super Resolution technology to increase game resolution.
A compatibility program with portable devices similar to Steam Deck Verified is also presented to determine optimized games. For high -performance games, the Window Performance Fit indicator will be available – based on data performance data on similar devices.
