Roskachestvo suggested using digital doubles in industrialism

23.08.2025

Roskachestvo came up with the initiative to use digital copies of production in the organization of industrial tourism. This proposal sounded at the forum “Cities of the Future” in Perm from the director of the Department of Projects in the Sphere of the Hospital of the Organization of Irina Chesercheva.

According to the expert, industrial tourism is associated with risks, including the threat of a leakage of confidential information. Many enterprises, especially in regions with developed industry, are forced to limit access to their closed areas due to fears of industrial espionage.

One of the solutions to this problem may be the creation of digital doubles – virtual models of real production processes. They allow you to demonstrate technological chains without direct access to them, while maintaining information security.

Roskachestvo is already certifying enterprises organizing industrial excursions for compliance with GOST requirements. As part of this work, experts note that even with digital capabilities, many companies remain careful.

To expand the availability of industrialism, it is proposed at the stage of designing excursions in advance to provide protective measures. The creation of digital copies of closed areas may become one of these mechanisms. From the Roskacality, the intention is announced to correctly reflect these possibilities in the developed standards.
