The press service of the Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU NETI) reported that the institution’s specialists are developing the first domestic charger for electric scooters and bicycles.
It is reported that the device is compact, looks like a small metal cabinet. The charger station is equipped with 12 48 V. Battery slots automatically replaces the discharged battery with a loaded through NFC or QR code in less than a minute.
The cost of the station is about 650 thousand rubles, which is cheaper than imported analogues. Charging for scooters and bicycles is environmentally friendly and simple in the design, which reduces the likelihood of breakdowns.
The author of the project, a student of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Automation of NSTU NETI Maxim Zavyalov plans to assemble a team for implementation and hopes that the equipment will be in demand by Kikshering services and couriers. “The cost of the station due to the use of mainly domestic components will be about 650 thousand rubles, which is much cheaper than foreign analogues. In addition to the low cost, the ultra -growing station is of environmental friendliness and simplicity of design. Simply put, there is nothing to break there, ”the author of the project explained.
