Realme showed a conceptual smartphone with a 15,000 mAh battery. A few days ago, the brand hinted at the device with a battery over 10,000 mAh, and now officially confirmed the capacity. The teasers shows that the number “15000MAH” is carried directly onto the back cover. The company claims that the smartphone will be able to play video up to 50 hours in a row.
This is not the first Realme experiment. Even in May, the company introduced the GT Concept Phone with a battery for 10,000 mAh. An innovative silicon technology was used there, which provided high energy density (887 W · h/l). Thanks to this, the phone remained quite thin – only 8.5 mm, with a weight of about 200 g.
It can be assumed that the version with 15,000 mAh is built on the same principle, only with increased capacity.
It is not yet clear whether it will reach serial production.
