On August 30, 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat, who is completing her diplomatic mission in Ashgabat.
During the meeting, the sides highly appraised the current level of development of Turkmen-Indian relations in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields.
Myahri Byashimova wished Ms. Madhumita Hazarika Bhagat success in her future activities and thanked her for her personal contribution to the development of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India.
In turn, the Ambassador expressed her sincere gratitude to the Government of Turkmenistan for active support and assistance in the implementation of her diplomatic mission.
