Samsung is preparing a large -scale presentation Galaxy Unpacked, which, according to the ICE University insider, will be held on South Korea on September 29.
The main announcement will be Galaxy Z Trifold – the first triple folding smartphone of the company with a double hinge. The device previously appeared called Galaxy G Fold and has been in development for several years.
In addition to Trifold, the presentation can show the headset of the mixed reality Project Moohan (perhaps it will be released under the name Galaxy XR) and the “smart” glasses of the Galaxy Glasses with AI functions.
The XR device should go on sale on October 13, and Trifold, according to rumors, will be released in the IV quarter of 2025.
The price of a folding smartphone may exceed 4 million won (about $ 2930), which is explained by a complex design and expensive components. So far, it is only a release in South Korea and China, so you should not wait for world launch.
