New Zealand athlete Gabrielle Wall made it into the Guinness World Records by setting an unusual and painful achievement — she ran 100 meters barefoot over a surface covered with LEGO bricks in just 24.75 seconds. The run took place in Canterbury and proved to be a true test of endurance.
After crossing the finish line, Gabrielle jokingly called her feat “the worst foot massage of my life.” She began preparing for the record back in November, giving up shoes and training by stepping on LEGO pieces in a children’s pool.
At the end of the run, a doctor examined her feet. There were minor skin abrasions and superficial tears, but no serious injuries were found.
