At the Eastern Economic Forum, the chairman of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yuri Kulchin announced the development of a chip for express analysis of blood. The device will allow you to conduct a complete biochemical study without a laboratory, getting results in a matter of minutes.
A person will still be carried out by a person, but the entire subsequent analysis will perform a compact apparatus. This can accelerate diagnostics in situations where it is important to quickly receive information about the patient’s condition.
Development is carried out as part of a general trend in the introduction of new technologies in the Far East. Scientists actively use artificial intelligence in various fields – from medicine to oceanology. For example, employees of the botanical garden use AI to track changes in plant populations, assess their growth and diseases.
Special attention is paid to the creation of unmanned vehicles. As Kulchin noted, they are divided into three types: flying, surface and underwater. The Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences has more than 40 years of experience in developing autonomous submarines.
More than 20 types of such drones have been created that are used to search for sunken ships and study the biology of the bottom. Now scientists are working on the establishment of devices by performing functions.
