The Turkmen enterprise “Ojar Asia” and the Chinese company China-Turkmenistan Cultural Center have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which provides for cooperation in the implementation of the project to build a high-speed highway along the “Serakhs-Mary-Serhetabat” route. This was reported by the MIC portal.
The document is aimed at developing scientific, technical, and financial cooperation in the field of innovative systems necessary for the construction of high-speed highways. The parties also agreed on the joint implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting funding for this large-scale project.
The “Serakhs-Mary-Serhetabat” highway will become an important element of Turkmenistan’s transport network, contributing to improved logistics and strengthening connections between different regions of the country.
