A conference on studying international experience in sustainable energy for environmental protection was held at the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (SEIT), according to the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age.”
During the event, reports were presented on topics such as “Regional Practices for the Development of ‘Green’ Energy,” “Renewable Energy Sources: Opportunities and Challenges,” “Hydrogen – Fuel of the Future,” “Climate Change and Energy,” and “Solar Thermal Systems.”
Participants discussed the conditions and opportunities for implementing energy-efficient technologies in construction, as well as the possibility of issuing “green” certificates for buildings under construction and planned for construction.
Additionally, international experts conducted a training seminar on “Sustainable Energy Connectivity in Central Asia” for SEIT teachers and students, after which participants were awarded certificates.
