The international figure skating tournament, Global Skating Academy Trophy, was held in Tashkent. Turkmen athletes performed successfully at the competition, winning two silver and one bronze medals.
Aynur Berdyeva and Rahman Khojamkuliev won silver medals, while Hanna Sahedova received a bronze medal. The athletes performed under the guidance of experienced coaches Abat Muhammetniyazova and Ilina Karimova.
The Global Skating Academy Trophy saw the participation of 220 athletes from Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, the United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.
