In accordance with the requirements of the time of work related to the implementation of national programs and international initiatives of the President of Turkmenistan, as well as within the framework of projects implemented by units of the United Nations (UN), the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree with the aim of carrying out a system of cooperation. In accordance with the document, the United Nations-Turkmenistan Strategic Advisory Council was created and its composition was approved.
