18.06.2024

As part of the national Healthcare project, she created a tool that allows doctors to remotely consult patients, renew drug prescriptions and discuss research results via video.

Diana Kotkova, studying at the Institute of Advanced Information Technologies, actively applies her knowledge in medical informatics. Its tasks include the integration of regional medical systems with federal ones, as well as the development of telemedicine consultations for the dispensary group of the population, the press service noted.

The prototype, described in Diana Kotkova’s master’s thesis, is seen as a potential solution to improve cancer care in the Tula region. A proposal for its implementation in the regional healthcare system will be sent to the Ministry of Health.
