In the era of the Renaissance of the new epoch of a powerful state under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, work on the transition to a digital system in all sectors of our country is being successfully carried out. An important feature of modernity is the formation of the intellectual level of youth, possessing creative, inventive, and developed mental abilities, for the sake of the sustainable development of our country and the strengthening of our Motherland. This feature is due to the modernization of the education system, which performs the main function in the development of the economy, in accordance with world standards in market relations.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of the esteemed President, the introduction of digital resources into the education system of our country, and the launch of a modern educational portal have significantly increased the opportunities for education workers. The goals of developing the digital system in our country are aimed at improving the work of educational institutions, providing them with high-quality electronic information, using new technologies, and achieving the required level of education quality, which is regulated by the “Concept of Development of the Digital Educational System in Turkmenistan,” approved in 2017 by the decree of Hero Arkadag.
The main goal of the Concept of Development of the Digital Educational System in Turkmenistan is to provide all levels of education with high-quality electronic information in accordance with the innovative development of our country and to improve the education system through distance learning.
Modern society has turned into an information society over the past decade, possessing a high degree of mobility. This means that access to information and services for users is provided on a permanent basis, regardless of where and when they are.
It is necessary to ensure the priority of educational resources and services in the creation and further development of the information space of the digital educational system. In the conditions of digital education, technical means are only tools that ensure the availability of educational resources and services.
Currently, the conditions created under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and the esteemed President are aimed at achieving the level of advanced states in the implementation of the digital system in the national economy, developing the electronic industry, and forming a developed economy based on the latest achievements of information and communication technologies.
