Fragment Platform Introduces Mandatory Verification for Purchasing Numbers

27.11.2024

To complete the verification, users must provide not only a passport but also additional information. They need to provide an email, phone number, and upload a photo showing the document owner’s face. All data is verified through a third-party platform, Sumsub, which handles the verification process.

These changes are being implemented as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, meaning that now all user information will be confirmed to ensure security and prevent fraud on the platform.

Previously, users could purchase phone numbers anonymously.
