On November 27, a thematic session “Women in Transport: Leadership and Growth Opportunities” was held as part of the ITTC-2024 forum in Ashgabat.
Speakers noted that the participation of women in transport projects can bring new ideas and approaches that contribute to process optimization and effective management of goods flows. According to them, the number of women in leadership positions, including in the transport and logistics sector, continues to grow, and the development of the industry allows them to successfully conduct business on par with men.
The event became a platform for exchanging experiences and discussing ways to further develop women in logistics. Participants came to the undeniable conclusion that the involvement of women can significantly increase the efficiency and sustainability of the entire industry.
