A meeting was held at the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan with an Italian delegation led by the ambassador of the friendly republic in the country, Luigi Ferrari. The parties focused on increasing educational cooperation between the two states, according to the press service of the Turkmen ministry.
Special attention was given to areas such as energy, the implementation of sustainable technologies, and the exchange of practical solutions for energy efficiency, water resources management and the development of innovative methods for their use, healthcare, professional development, experience exchange, and joint scientific research, education and research, academic exchanges, and the implementation of joint educational programs and research projects.
The Italian side emphasized the strategic importance of partnership with Central Asian countries in the field of education. Following the meeting, representatives of the two countries advocated for further deepening of cooperation.
