The new “Collections” menu retains features such as “Favorites” and “Albums.” It also adds a “Recently Added” section for quick access to recently uploaded items.
Features like “People & Pets” and “Documents” now have dedicated sections in the main menu. Additionally, the new “Updates” section replaces the old “Sharing” menu.
The update is rolling out gradually. If your Google Photos interface hasn’t changed yet, it will update automatically soon. These changes aim to simplify navigation and bring the web interface closer to the mobile app.
