On December 3, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Ahmet Gurbanov met in Mashhad with the head of Iran’s Foreign Ministry, Seyed Abbas Araghchi. The diplomats discussed the possibilities of further deepening the partnership in the trade and economic sphere.
The parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation in energy, industry, transport, and logistics, as well as enhancing interregional contacts and cultural-humanitarian exchanges.
In addition, the parties discussed the practical implementation of previously reached high-level agreements during past events held within the framework of the Economic Cooperation Organization.
