Yandex has finalized the acquisition of rights to a special version of the cloud platform developed jointly with IT company ITKey and startup Drova. This version is used in the Plus Gaming project, an entertainment service by Yandex focused on cloud gaming.
Under the terms of the agreement, Yandex received rights to use, develop, and adapt this version of the platform for its gaming projects. Meanwhile, the basic version of the product remains with ITKey and Drova, which will continue working with clients both in Russia and abroad.
Drova specializes in developing solutions for cloud data processing, as well as tools for optimizing video streams and managing computational resources. These technologies are particularly relevant for game streaming services.
