On June 11, 2025, a special event was held in Germany to introduce Turkmenistan’s cultural heritage. The event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality and International Year of Peace and Trust.
Organized by Turkmenistan’s consulate in Germany, the event featured exhibitions and presentations. Diplomats, business representatives, members of the Turkmen diaspora, and students attended. Turkmenistan’s Consul, Murad Özbekbayev, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the country’s neutrality policy and its peace-building initiatives.
During the event, books by Turkmenistan’s President Serdar Berdimuhamedow, Magtymguly – Thinker of the World, and the philosophical work of the Chairman of the People’s Council, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, The Jewel of Memory, were introduced. These works contribute to the global promotion of Turkmen culture and spiritual values.
Additionally, a special exhibition on Turkmen literature and art was organized. Guests were invited to taste traditional Turkmen dishes, offering them a deeper insight into the country’s rich cultural heritage.
This event marked a significant step in promoting Turkmenistan’s cultural legacy internationally and strengthening cultural ties between nations.
