Porn sites can play a key role in the case against *meta, which has previously been accused of mass downloading pirate books to teach their AI models.
Now, Strike 3 Holdings said that *Meta loaded and distributed their licensed videos for years for years – a minimum of 2018.
According to plaintiffs, *META used hundreds of IP addresses, some of which are registered directly to the company, and some are disguised through third-party data centers or even house connections of employees.
Thus, *Meta allegedly intentionally sat the popular “high -quality” porn to download the rest of the files faster – on the principle of exchange in the Bittorrent network.

The plaintiffs argue that *Meta not only violated copyright, but could also damage their business, distributing content for free and even to children – without an age -related audit.
It is also indicated that such videos could be used in AI training, including “natural scenes with unique facial expressions and bodily details”.
