The Ministry of Construction of Russia proposed to conduct a large -scale experiment on the introduction of generative artificial intelligence (AI) into the public administration system. The corresponding draft government decree was published on the portal of regulatory acts.
The initiative is aimed at improving the efficiency of state bodies due to the automation of routine tasks. As part of the experiment, special services will be created based on large language models that can process typical requests and documents.
Participation in the project for federal and regional authorities will be voluntary. Interested departments will be able to choose specific areas for testing technologies. The development and supply of AI solutions will be engaged in companies selected by the Government Commission.
Services can be deployed in three ways: on the Minzifra platform, on the infrastructure of external suppliers or in the form of licensed software. All solutions will be integrated into a single information platform for ease of use.
The experiment corresponds to the goals of the national development strategy until 2030.
