The Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadaev spoke at a recent meeting with the President of Russia about the new capabilities of the public services portal and measures to protect users from scammers.
Today, 60 million people per month use the portal, and more than 117 million Russians over 14 years old are already registered – this is almost 95% of the country’s adult population. Convenient payments have been launched for families with children: a single allowance has already issued 15 million times, and more than 700 thousand families received assistance from maternity capital. You can also open a social account through public services.
Together with the Ministry of Emergencies, services have been launched to quickly receive payments after emergency situations – more than 600 thousand people took advantage of them. For the participants, the online account for benefits is now available. In healthcare, through the portal, we have already signed up for a doctor 60 million times, and medical documents can be downloaded in electronic form.
In the field of education through public services, they submitted millions of statements to circles, sections, first class, colleges and universities. For drivers, there are chats for messages about parking and blocking departure, as well as decoration of accidents and paying roads.
In the field of real estate, you can quickly get a free discharge from the USRN – almost 19 million people have already used it. To combat fraudsters, 13.5 million people banned loans, and 800 thousand limited real estate transactions without personal participation.
