General Director of Gocorporation Roscosmos Dmitry Bakanov during a working trip to the Reshetnev enterprise, which is part of the corporation, visited the first conveyor line in Russia to assemble small spacecraft. This was reported in the press service of Roscosmos.
In assembly production, Dmitry Bakanov got acquainted with the streaming line for assembling spacecraft weighing up to 100 kg, which was developed and launched at the Reshetnev JSC. The line uses built -in quality control technologies, robotic and automated systems, such as “smart tools” and “machine vision”, which allow you to control the quality of operations.
The press service noted that conveyor production allows you to quickly create multi-part groups at a lower cost.
Bakanov also visited the production site and the center of competence, where the payload components are collected and tested. In the center there are designers, designers, collectors and testers who are on the same site. This allows you to quickly solve issues in the development and production of products and provide a full range of inspections of their electrical and radio engineering characteristics.
