“Mediaology” has published a fresh rating of the most cited Russian Internet media specializing in IT and telecommunications for the second quarter of 2025. The rating is based on the citation index – an indicator that reflects how often the materials of the publication are mentioned in other influential media.
The study covered the period from April 1 to June 30 and took into account more than 105 thousand sources, including TV, radio, newspapers, news agencies and online publications. At the same time, news aggregators and cross references between sites were excluded from the analysis if they occurred regularly and in large volume.
Hi-tech@mail.ru, who rose to two positions and gaining the index 89.44, became the leader of the rating. The second and third places were taken by CNews.ru and Telecomdaily.ru, respectively.
The site Ferra.ru retained its seventh line with an index of 21.10, without changing the position from the last quarter. The top ten also turned out to be Kod.ru, Tadviser, Rozetked and VC.ru, the latter managed to climb four places at once.
The list included 20 resources, and two of them appeared in the ranking for the first time-ichip.ru in 12th place and Appleinsider.ru in the 20th.
