Xiaomi unexpectedly released an update for the Hyperos 2.2 firmware version with the functionality, which was supposed to be included in the Hyperos 3. The purpose of the update is to ensure a smooth, intellectual and safe interface.

Among the key innovations are a new series of animated lock screens, advanced tools for editing photos and videos with AI support, as well as fully processed control of multimedia. The system also includes a mechanism for optimizing and defragmenting the internal memory for a more responsive work of the smartphone.

In addition, the Hyperos 2.2 update includes Dynamic Wallpapers – dynamic wallpaper with animated talismans.

Important changes also appeared in the gallery application. Among the new functions, the connection to Apple iCloud to synchronize photos and videos between the iPhone and Xiaomi devices. The ability to choose between light and dark modes. The new function “mark” allows you to add signatures, stickers and other elements to images.

In the Hyperos version with AI support, automatic replacement of facial expressions appeared, editing the image of the image from the “smart” editor, improved removal of objects with increased accuracy, new filters, insert parameters and the ability to add user watermarks.
