Yandex updated his cartographic services, adding a detailed display of complex interchanges, bridges and tunnels in 50 large cities of the country. Now drivers will be able to study multi -level transport hubs in advance directly in the application.
In the updated Yandex Navigator and Yandex cards, it became possible to consider each level of interchange with accurate marking. Three -dimensional models of tunnels have become more realistic – this helps to better navigate when entering and leaving.
The service automatically adjusts the review when approaching complex areas. First, the general type of denouement is shown, then the image is approaching, helping the driver take the right strip and not miss the desired turn.
To create such detailed maps, Yandex specialists first determine the high -altitude marks of objects. Then, special algorithms process the data, correctly displaying the bends of the roads and the location of the supports of the bridges.
The company said that over time, a list of cities with detailed interchanges will be expanded.
