The Fund for the Development of Industry of the Chelyabinsk Region reported that the two enterprises – the technological equipment factory and the “connecting bindings of pipelines” – began the introduction of lean technologies in their industries. The project is designed for three years and should help companies expand the presence in the market.
Specialists of the regional center of competencies created in the industry development fund of the Chelyabinsk region are trained by employees of enterprises. Within six months, experts will work directly on production sites, helping to master new methods of labor organization.
At the technological equipment factory, the changes will affect the site for the production of gate valves. The enterprise “Connecting bindings of pipelines” modernizes the production of steel bages for pipes with a diameter of 720 mm.
After a six -month training, the enterprise will continue the implementation of technologies on their own for 2.5 years. If necessary, they will be able to apply for consultations to the regional competence center.
