Huawei was able to overcome the restrictions of the United States due to the development of its own ecosystem of artificial intelligence and computing power, said Tao Jinwan, president of the Department of Business Processes and IT company.
Jinwan noted that Huawei has achieved significant success on the path of technological independence. The company is actively developing its own chips, cloud services, operating systems and AI-technologies. Huawei has created an ecosystem completely independent of the United States, he said.
Zinwan paid special attention to the XDEEPSERVE system for large language models. It is built without transformers and can be divided into small blocks, forming a flexible neural network architecture for the market.
Huawei also plans to make its open source software tools.
