The smartphone Huawei Pura 80 Ultra took first place in the updated DXOMARK rating, gaining 175 points for the quality of the camera. The device showed high results both in photography and in the video, improving the indicators compared to the previous model.
A key role in this was played by the proprietary technology of Huawei “Red Maple Imaging”, which combines modern hardware and software optimization. The camera is equipped with a large 1-inch sensor, a multi-constitutal sensor, a variable diaphragm and images processing algorithms, which ensures a high quality of shooting in different conditions.
According to the photo assessment, the smartphone set a DXOMARK record with a result of 180 points. It has an accurate color rendering, natural shades of skin and a stable balance of white even with complex light. A wide diaphragm and a large sensor allow you to get clear and bright images in low illumination, and the diaphragm variable helps control the depth of sharpness in group pictures.

Autofocus works quickly and accurately, and segmentation of portraits demonstrates high accuracy – the blurry background looks smooth, while the details, such as the hair, are stored clumsy. In portrait shooting mode, the smartphone is close in quality to the Vivo X200 Ultra, but with a more realistic image processing.
The capabilities of the zoom have become one of the strengths of the model. On a 10-fold increase, detail and color rendering remain at a high level, which favorably distinguishes the camera from other flagships.

In the video, Huawei Pura 80 Ultra scored 166 points, sharing the first place from the iPhone 16 Pro Max and the Oppo Find X8 Ultra. Compared to the previous model, the indicator grew by 10 points. Improvements affected details, noise reduction and stabilization, which allows you to shoot smooth and clear videos even with hands.
