In Russia, the new Messenger “Lightning” from Redsoft and Passion Tech.

The platform combines the functions of social networks, short videos, streaming, payments and international trade, positioning as replacing Western services.

“Lightning” uses encryption according to GOST-2021, quantum keys and blockchain, and data are stored on servers in Moscow and Novosibirsk. Identification combines the recognition of persons with electronic certificates, which excludes fake accounts.

Own Lightning-Protocol provides file transfer at a speed of up to 1.25 GB/s even with a weak 3G. P2P transfers in rubles through SBP are supported, and business accounts can work with WeChat Pay and Alipay without a conversion commission.

The built-in II translator of contracts is compatible with Russian and Chinese legislation, and the system of emergency notification increases safety.
