The National Messenger MAX completed the approval of the conditions of connection to the infrastructure of the Public Service portal. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Development Maksut Shadaev. According to him, all safety requirements are fully fulfilled.
The messenger’s test connection to the state portal took place on Wednesday. Data exchange between systems will occur with the consent of users through a new information transfer protocol.
Max was launched by VK in March this year as a beta version of the digital platform.
Earlier, head of the law enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow Region Alexander Khaminsky toldthat from September 1, 2025, the installation of the Max messenger will become mandatory on all new smartphones sold in Russia. He noted that the Max interface is similar to popular messengers. The application has the support of a “smart” assistant Gigachat and business opportunities.
