The press service of the Moscow Physics and Technical Institute (MFTi) reported that university students presented a new development-a software and hardware complex for industrial production monitoring. The system allows you to track the condition of equipment and personnel, predict the need for maintenance and analyze the data.
Development includes two main components. The hardware consists of devices for collecting information and servers for data storage. The software part provides a web interface adapted to different positions at the enterprise.
A feature of the system was the elements of gamification. Employees receive visual indicators of their progress and real -time feedback. This should simplify staff training and increase involvement in the work process.
According to developers, the implementation of the complex can increase production efficiency by 10%. The system automatically generates reports and helps analyze the causes of equipment downtime.
The project called FactoryDirector received the winner of the federal contest “Create ours” and received a grant of 1 million rubles for further development.
