Over the past three years, the Moscow region has increased the number of projects with artificial intelligence by more than four times and has become the leader of the country to introduce them, 360.ru writes with reference to the governor Andrei Vorobyov. Now the region has 41 projects, many of which are based on computer vision technologies.
All developments are collected on the “Digital Region” portal-this is an online video of successful digital solutions from different areas: from government and medicine to transport and ecology. More than 250 projects from 64 regions of Russia have already been presented on the site. In the fall, the portal will become a federal service, which not only the authorities, but also the business can use, shares 360.ru.
Now at the “Digital Region” you can get acquainted with ready-made AIs and leave an application for their implementation. Among the examples are the “digital foreman” system, which controls the construction facilities, the Pure Territory project with 66 thousand cameras to identify violations in landscaping, as well as the Robot Svetlana, which helps to record residents to the doctor and process millions of calls.
For the development and coordination of projects, the Center for the Development of Artificial Intelligence under the Government of Russia was created. He will collect and analyze data on implemented decisions, form the lists of the best practices and help regions use them without unnecessary costs.
The Moscow Region has already become a laureate of the AI Leaders National Prize and plans to expand the use of technology.
