Google officially introduced the new Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL smartphones. Outwardly, the devices have almost not changed compared to last year’s models, but serious updates await them inside.
The main thing is the new Tensor G5 chip first produced by TSMC. It became 34% faster in CPU and 60% more powerful in the tasks of AI.
A whole set of new functions works on its base: from the “smart” prompts of Magic Cue, which substitute the necessary data directly into the dialogs, to a generative improvement of the photo with a zoom over 30x. Now the pictures with an increase of up to 200x look much clearer.
Another key innovation is QI2 support and Pixelsnap system. Magnets under the rear cover of the device allow you to charge a smartphone from a wireless “washer” and attach accessories like Magsafe.
The Pro-models used 50-MP sensor, 48-MP Ultrashirik and a TV with 5-fold optical and up to 200-fold digital zoom based on AI.
Prices are the same: Pixel 10 Pro from $ 999, and Pixel 10 Pro XL – from $ 1199. Sales will start on August 28.
