President Xiaomi Lou Weibin published Krash-Test new Redmi Note 15 Pro+. In it, the top manager tried to break the smartphone with a hammer, but the device withstood the blows without any damage.
For clarity, he used three different tools: a small, medium and large hammer, and then checked the phone for strength, dropping it from a height of 1.8 meters using a pendulum. Even after such tests, the screen and the case remained intact.
The secret of strength is the use of the new Xiaomi Longjing glass, previously used in the Xiaomi 14 flagships. Its hardness reaches 860HV, and the back panel is made of particularly durable fiberglass.
According to the company, the smartphone withstands a 10-fold increased fall and successfully passed 50 falls per granite from two meters.

In addition to defense against blows, Redmi Note 15 Pro+ received advanced moisture protection. The device is certified according to the IP69K standard and retained water resistance even after the tests that simulate the year of active use.
Recall that the official announcement of the novelty will take place on August 21.
